10 2025

2025 marks a milestone for the TDHI Recovery and Development FUND (RADF), the fund created by the TDHI Group to directly and structurally support the growth of selected high-potential SMEs.
Thanks to an ambitious yet prudent strategy, an extremely rigorous project selection process, and responsible resource management, the RADF is achieving tangible, consistent growth.
Growth and New Opportunities
In the first eight months of 2025, we have seen a significant increase in the number of financiers and strategic partners who have chosen to join us on this journey. This strengthened financial base has enabled us to:
-
Identify new SMEs and projects with strong development potential;
-
Expand our capacity for direct intervention in growth, restructuring, and internationalisation processes;
-
Create new investment opportunities, including in innovative sectors or strategically relevant territories.
A Unique Model in the Market
The TDHI RADF stands out for its exclusive, highly selective approach: the supported SMEs have no direct repayment obligation to the Fund.
Responsibility for repayment rests with TDHI Italia or TDHI International, depending on the corporate vehicle used.
This model reinforces the discipline and rigour of our selection process, making it one of the most solid and demanding in the market.
Every project undergoes in-depth analysis by the TDHI HUB, including thorough technical, economic, and strategic due diligence, conducted with a medium- to long-term industrial vision.
Only those companies and projects that meet the strict criteria of sustainability, reliability, and concrete growth potential are admitted into the RADF portfolio.
✨ The result is a unique model: a Fund that not only invests, but also accompanies SMEs on a structured development path, creating value for companies, partners, and financiers.
